The Food Bank of Waterloo Region

On September 12th, Allan was the Presenting Sponsor for the Annual event held by The Food Bank of Waterloo Region, Waffles in the Warehouse. Waffles in the Warehouse provides the opportunity to participate in the food insecurity conversation. It acts to raise awareness about food assistance in Waterloo Region and helps to inspire people to be involved in their community.

TriCounty Thunderer

The TriCounty Thunder girls basketball program competes in the Juel league of Ontario. The TriCounty franchise develops talent from Kitchener-Waterloo, Brantford, and Guelph.
The TriCounty Thunder program now maintains one of only 14 teams competing in the Juel League of Ontario established to develop competitive players and deliver a platform to be scouted to compete in a post-secondary institution both across the country and internationally.

Just Give

Just Give is a campaign designed to inspire kindness throughout our communities by filling the food banks for the summer; a time when they are usually empty and client visits increase.
Last year, hundreds of schools from Durham to Niagara came together and raised over 440,000 pounds of food! This year, we are striving to reach our goal of 1.5 million pounds of food. Let’s fill the food banks for the summer and make a difference for families in need.
